Chin ups are an exercise that targets your back muscles as well as your biceps. They are performed with your palms facing you. They are good for strengthening your muscles and making you more solid overall.
How to Do a Chin Up Step 1: Find a pull up bar
Step 2: Grab the bar with your palms facing towards you and your hands shoulder length apart.
Step 3: Pull yourself up, getting your chin above the bar.
Step 4: Lower yourself completely, locking out your elbows.
Step 5: Repeat as desired.

Its where your back of your hand is facing away from you. You want to hold it like this and get your chin above the bar. So like this and you chin up. Now that I�ve shown you guys those 3 pull ups, go ahead and do them you want to do 4 sets of 10 and slowly work up. It�ll help your back look really defined.
