Hi this is frank furness with video sales tips. You know what i want to speak about today is there's a thing called neurolinguistic programming and its a great thing to get into. Very briefly i would like to tell you about three groups of people. You get visuals to see things. For me i just look at a selling situation. If i see a visual they are going to use words like can you show me, lets see, i would use the same kind of words back. i would show them things they like to see. You then get auditories that like to talk about things. They turn everything into signs. Frank lets talk about this, tell me a little about that. A lot of times they don't want to see things, they just want eye to eye contact where we are speaking visually. then you get your kinesthetic. They work on gut instincts and emotions. The next time try to judge what your client is, a visual, and auditory, or a kinesthetic. They may be a little bit of all three, but give your situation to them.
