I don't think it'd be that easy to break someone's toes just by stepping on them hard, but I like the video. Especially the pepper spray part.

Shoot, I keep my keys out in case I need to cut my attacker not so I can get in the car quicker.

that's good advice...sometimes if i'm walking through a creepy area, i have my phone dialed to 911 so if someone attacks me, i can call right away.

karate is good to take too. this is a good lesson but its not going to be this easy...most likely the guy will be ten times stronger than you..so i guess we girls must start working out!
