This video shows how to reset your iPod in the event that it freezes or gets an error. Using this method can save you from buying a new iPod, in case you incorrectly assumed your iPod was broken.
How To Reset Your iPod
Step 1: Make sure the iPod is not on hold.
Step 2: Press the menu and select button together and hold it.
Step 3: Once its held long enough the screen will go black and the Apple logo will show up.
Step 4: Allow the iPod to completely load from the Apple logo. Your iPod should be ready to go.
