Stand Up Medicine Ball Step 1: Face your partner while standing up and make sure you arent too close to him/her. Step 2: Throw the medicine ball at your partners solar plexus. Make sure to catch the ball with your abs, using your hands only to ensure it doesnt fall to the ground. Step 3: Have your partner throw the medicine ball back. Make sure to breathe correctly, exhaling before impact.
