Lie-Down Medicine Ball Step 1: Lie down flat on your back and have your opponent stand over your head with the medicine ball. Step 2: Have your partner drop the medicine ball on your solar plexus. Make sure that your partner is not throwing the ball, and is just releasing it. Step 3: Do the same with your sides, exhaling before impact in order to get your breathing right.
