Veteran trainer David Martinez takes us step-by-step through the famed Uppercut. He also discusses various punch combinations and their corresponding techniques. Joining him in the demonstration is Beto Ibarra.


Martinez has been with the La Habra Boxing Club for nearly 30 years. During that time, he has trained many professional boxers, among them WBO (World Boxing Organization) world title holder Julio Gonzalez.
