Moving with angles is very important in MMA. If you cant effectively and efficiently move in angles, this weakness can very easily be exploited by an experienced fighter. By practicing your angle movements you can become a quicker and more explosive fighter.
How To Move In Angles Step 1: Get into your striking stance. Step 2: Draw an imaginary arrow with the point being the front of your lead foot. Step 3: Using the same push off method as your front and backwards movement, move backwards diagonally, to the end of one side of your imaginary arrow point. Step 4: Return to the front of the arrow point, and go to the opposite end of the imaginary arrow point. Step 5: Return to the front and repeat.
