One of the most vital tools in a Mixed Martial Artist's arsenal are his or her hands. They must be protected at all costs. Handwraps are the most efficient method to holding all of the small bones of the hand in place and protecting them properly. Step 1: Put thumb through loop and start wrapping towards back of the hand.
Step 2: Wrap the wrist twice, and then go to the back of the hand and wrap between the thumb and index finger.
Step 3: Go back and wrap the wrist once, and then wrap between the thumb and index finger again. Then go back to the wrist.
Step 4: Now go behind the hand towards the pinkie then towards the front of the hand, up and around the index finger and wrap the knuckles twice.
Step 5: Go over the palm towards the back of the hand and around the thumb and then between the pinkie and ring finger. Then between the ring and middle, and the middle and index.
Step 6: Go towards the back of the hand again, over the knuckles, and around the pinkie, and go over the knuckles twice.
Step 7: Go to the wrist, and keep wrapping the wrist, moving slowly towards the elbow until the roll ends.
