Medicine Ball exercise. Medicine balls are used to strengthen the core muscles. This exercise will help you increase your ability to take body shots.
Body Strengthening Exercise Step 1: Get a medicine ball and stand with your feet shoulder length apart. Step 2: Hold the medicine ball out in front of you, and start hitting yourself in the abdominals. Aim for the solar plexus and make sure to exhale when you're about to make contact. Step 3: After the square stance, get a staggered stance and hit yourself in the sides. Remember to switch off.
Remember to hit yourself with force in order to improve yourself. If you do not challenge yourself you wont improve.
