Tutorial Information:
This exercise is called Ones-Twos-and Threes. This exercise can be done with little room and can effectively loosen the leg muscles and get your heart going.

Ones, Twos, and Threes
Step 1: Get a good base, feet shoulder length apart.
Step 2: For Ones you tap your right toe once, then switch to the left foot and tap once, and continue alternating after each tap.
Step 3: For Twos you tap your right twice and then switch to your left and tap twice, and continue alternating after every two taps.
Step 4: For Threes you tap your right three times before switching to your left. Continue alternating after every 3 taps.
