Neck Strengthening Exercise (Part 2)

Remember to stretch before exercise in order to reduce the risk of injury.

Neck Exercise 1
Step 1: Lie flat on your back.
Step 2: Place palms down on the floor so that your body forms a T.
Step 3: Bring your head up so that your chin touches your chest and then bring your head back down, but do not touch your head to the ground.

Neck Exercise 2
Step 1: Get into the T position again, lying flat on your back.
Step 2: Lift your head up off the ground, but do not strain your neck.
Step 3: Keep your eyes looking up and move your head from shoulder to shoulder.
