Wall Crawl Step 1: Sit against a sturdy wall with your feet out in front of you. Step 2: Shimmy up the wall using your legs and shoulders. Step 3: Shimmy back down the wall using your legs and shoulders in a descending manner. Step 4: Remember to exhale while going up the wall and inhaling while going down the wall.
