1. If you want to save money on produce, buy vegetables and fruits that are in season, as they are guaranteed to be more affordable.
2. Visit your local farmers market for cheaper vegetables and fruits you will save a lot compared to buying in supermarkets.
3. Frozen fruits and vegetables in bulk are cheaper; frozen vegetables and fruits are also nutritious without the added salt and sugar.
4. If you want to buy canned vegetables and fruits, buy those that are packed in their own juices.
