Tutorial Information:

These kinds of problems tend to get very tricky. For this specific problem, it's made really nice for you and all you have to do is plug in 3 for every x you see. Then put the negative exponent in the denominator to make it a positive power and the 3^(3/2) becomes 3 squareroot(3) and when you solve the equation, you will get C.
