How to Make a Lettuce Wrap:
What You Will Need: -1 lb of ground chicken
-6 shitake mushrooms, fresh or pre-soaked
-1/2 can of bamboo shots (diced small)
-1 can of water chestnuts (diced small)
-1/2 onion (diced small)
-1 bulb of garlic (diced small)
-1/4 cup of fresh ginger (diced small)
-2 green onions(diced small)
-If you have Cilantro (chinese parsley) add it in as well
-2 TBs of Sesame oil
-2TBs of Soy Sauce
-Sprinkle Sugar or non-calorie Stevia Sweetner to taste

Hey there neighbor. Today we are going to teach you how to make a speaker from a balloon. What you are going to need is some tape, a magnet, some speaker wire, a stereo and a balloon. Now first thing you are going to need to do is separate the speaker wire so that you just have one of the cords rather than both of the. From there you’ll take that wire and coil it, but leave yourself about two feet or more on both ends. And you will want to put a couple of pieces of tape around the coil to make sure that it doesn't unwrap once you let go. You want to strip the ends of the wire so that you will be able to plug them into the speaker plugs in the back of the stereo. Okay so now you want to take the coil and tape it to the side of the balloon. Now the green balloon wasn't tight enough so the audio wasn't loud enough to record on the video camera so we are going to skip ahead to a water balloon that was blown up tighter. Ok so how the tight the balloon is makes a difference in sound, and this water balloon blown up pretty tight makes better sound than the larger balloon that we had. And its just plugged in, its the only thing plugged in to the stereo. Turn the stereo on, and when you pull the magnet back it kills the sound. Alright so we blew up a large balloon a lot tighter than the first balloon we did and we attached the coil to the back and its plugged in to the stereo.
