How the Body Works - The Digestive System
By: SuPerMan
Starting at the mouth, the digestive system helps provide the energy your body needs to perform its many functions. Upon entry into a person\'s mouth, the teeth cut, tear, crush and grind food. In the mouth, salivary glands respond to the thought or presence of food by producing a fluid containing mucus and the enzymes amylase and maltase. The tongue then mixes the food and rolls it into a soft ball, called the bolus, which is pushed toward the esophagus. Passing through the esophagus the bolus is dropped into the stomach where gastric glands, one secreting digestive enzymes and the other secreting hydrochloric acid, begin to break the food down into smaller pieces. The stomach wall discharges mucus during this phase to protect itself against the action of the gastric acid. From there the food passes into the small intestine through the phylorus, a sphincter muscle that controls the flow of food. It is in the small intestine where a major part of digestion and absorption occurs. The intestinal wall releases enzymes which digest proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Blood and lymph vessels, which supply the small intestine, take away the final products of digestion. The lymphatics transport the fats around the body and finally release them into the bloodstream. Blood takes sugars and amino acids to the liver via the portal vein. The pancreas, like the small intestine, secretes enzymes in an alkaline juice to digest proteins, fats and carbohydrates. It also manufactures hormones which regulate the blood sugar level. From the small intestine, the digested food is received by the liver, which manufactures bile for the gall bladder. The gall bladder stores and discharges the bile, which helps to break down fats into minute droplets. Undigested food from the small intestine is then passed into the large intestine. There blood vessels supplying the large intestine carry away water extracted from the undigested waste. After passing through to the large intestine the ileocecal valve prevents digested food from returning to the small intestine. Undigested food is eliminated from the system through the anus.

How to Reset / Recover Forgotten Windows NT / 2000 / XP / 2003/VISTA Administrator Password?
By: FluthHelp
Forgetting your Windows administrator login password. With no way to get into the system, you can’t even perform basic maintenance, let alone a thorough tune-up. Formatting is always an option, but we consider that a last resort. (Plus, guess who’s going to have to help reinstall all the programs lost after a wipe?) But all hope is not lost. There are a few ways to actually retrieve a lost Windows account password. Read on, and we’ll show you the light. 1st Method: The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget your user account password then try this: Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows. Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts". Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen. 2th Method: There are a lot of Windows password revealers and crackers available, but I’ve found that Windows Password Recovery Tool is the most effective.: it not only supports XP, 2003, 2000, and NT, I have personally tested it with Vista Home Premium and Ultimate. It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password You can use the ISO to burn a boot CD. Follow these instructions: 1. Download ISO file from http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com Windows Password Recovery Tool 2. Burn to a CD using a CD burning tool such as Nero or Roxio or MagicISO 3. Insert CD into drive and reboot. 4. You may have to select an option in the BIOS to get the computer to boot from the CD. Booting up and clearing a password takes a minute or two works like a charm.
ISP Law: Digital Millennium Copyright Act Liability Limitations for Online Service Providers
By: InternetLitigators
Initially it is important to recognize the definition of an online service provider. For purposes of section 512(c), a "service provider" is defined as a provider of online services or network access, or the operator of facilities therefore, including an entity offering the transmission, routing, or providing of connections for digital online communications, between or among points specified by a user, of material of the user's choosing, without modification to the content of the material as sent or received. 17 U.S.C. 512(k)(1)(A)-(B). The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) provides Online Service Providers (OSP) certain limitations on liability with respect to information residing, at the direction of a user, on a system or network that the service provider controls or operates, if the service provider has designated an agent for notification of claimed infringement by providing contact information to the Copyright Office and through the service provider’s publicly accessible website. The link to the Copyright office information on this issue is: http://www.loc.gov/copyright/onlinesp/ A copy of the necessary designation form is available at that link. There is a thirty dollar fee. The act itself can be found at that location as well. The relevant provisions are found under Title II Sec. 201. In general, damages cannot be recovered from registered OSP’s for four activities as long as the requirements of the act are met. These activities are: 1. Acting only as a Conduit 2. System Caching 3. Innocent and Storage of Users Information 4. Search Engine Linking to Infringing Information The requirements of each section require a lack of knowledge of the OSP of the infringing material and generally no financial benefit from the information. There are numerous other requirements to fit within each safe harbor activity. The act also requires certain OSP policies relating to the expeditious removal or disabling of access to such information after notice to the designated agent. InternetLitigators can prepare a DMCA policy for you or review your policies and procedures to determine whether you are in compliance so that you can be certain that you are able to take advantage of the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA.

In children, the symptoms of migraine may be different such as pain over the cheeks, on the eyes and in the ears and they may also feel like vomiting as the pain becomes more hurting when the head is moved.
