Im susan ireland, author of ready made resumes and cover letters. Im always looking for good concepts for how we can create good resumes and cover letters. Now i'm not always looking for how to format or the technical aspects of a resume, but sometimes it has to do with the concept behind the resume. How can we get into the right mindset so that we catch the attention and interest of that specific employer we want to work for. Well recently i spoke with john younger of a website and is the finder and CEO of it. He has this concept to offer. When you sit down to write your resume and cover letter, ask yourself what's the pain that the employer is experiencing. Why does he want to hire somebody for this particular position, and how would the pain be relieved if he hired you. So ill ask you that question. What's the employers pain, and how can you take away that pain. Ask yourself that question and address the answer in your resume and in your cover letter. I'm Susan Ireland from susanireland.com
