Pho is a delicious Vietnamese noodle soup that takes an entire day just to make, and it only takes one squirt too many to ruin it. When the huge bowl arrives, complete with bean sprouts, basil or mint leaves, lime, Sriracha and Hoisin sauce, it’s a natural instinct to throw everything in. If you want to ruin your bowl, follow that instinct.

Step

When it comes to the sauces, throw moderation out the window; squirt the Sriracha and Hoisin sauce into your bowl until the broth turns to a deep brownish-red. Now you are ready to eat!
