By now you’ve probably already heard of the movie The Secret. One of their suggestions for manifesting your life’s desires was to visualize what you want. We can do this by creating a vision board and spending a few moments each day looking at our board. Post your creation in your meditation area at home, in your office or wherever else you will pay attention to it; that is the key. Just be careful what you wish for!

Instructions

Things you will need:
  • Old magazines
    Scissors
    Glue stick
    Creative and open mind
    Group of friends (optional)
Step
1

Cut images out of magazines that you would like to manifest in your life. These could be related to your health, career, family, prosperity or relationships.

Step
2

Once you’ve gathered all of your clippings, start arranging them on your board. You want grounding images and colors at the bottom. These could be pictures of dirt or grass, or just photos that have brown, green or grey in them.

Step
3

Start gluing and filling in as you go. You want the images to be visually stimulating since you’ll be looking at this board daily to manifest your desires. Always include the date somewhere on the board.

Step
4

At the end of the year take a moment and make note of the manifestations that occurred in your life. You’ll be surprised.
