|
How to make a nice shrimp dinner? Here is a simple shrimp recipe that you can do really fast. A lot of working mothers have very little time to prepare nutritious and delicious meals. Your family will surely love this crispy shrimp roll with an Asian twist. |

| Instructions |
Things you will need:
- -1-2 tbsp sugar
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp white wine
-22 tbsp lemon juice
-1/2 k. medium sized shrimps
-15 pcs. egg roll
½ medium sized carrot, in 2 pcs.
-bunch green onion, in 2 pcs

Step 1
Prepare marinade by combining in a small bowl the sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white wine and lemon juice. Set aside. |

Step 2
Shell the shrimps carefully make sure you don't damage the flesh or leave some of it sticking to the shell, leave the tails attached to the flesh, aesthetics is as important as taste. If your food looks sloppy it won't even get to first base, chances are they will ignore. |

Step 3
Wrap shrimps with 2-3 strips each of carrot and spring onion in egg rolls, arrange carefully so that it won't look lumpy when you roll it. |

Step 4
Roll carefully and make sure it won't unroll when you fry it. Seal with cornstarch paste. |

Step 5
In a medium sized wok heat enough oil so that the roll will be totally submerged in oil. Cook each roll until the wrapper turns golden brown. Drain the excess oil in a strainer. In plating, you can arrange some colorful vegetables so your presentation will be nice. |
